CIRCUIT COURT FOR MONTGOMERY
COUNTY, MARYLAND
FAMILY DIVISION MAGISTRATE
Annual Salary: $131,700

The Family Division Magistrate is an officer of the court assigned to assist the Circuit Court by conducting proceedings on matters within the Family Division of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, as delineated by the Annotated Code of Maryland and in accordance with the Family Differentiated Case Management (DCM) plan, procedures and policies.  Minimum of five years’ experience in the practice of Family Law; member of the Maryland bar in good standing. In addition to required experience, an additional 5 years of experience practicing Family Law preferred; member of the Maryland bar for a minimum of 10 years.

Notice of Family Division Magistrate Vacancy for the
CIRCUIT COURT OF MARYLAND FOR MONTGOMERY COUNTY

A Magistrate vacancy exists in the Family Division of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, for which the Bar Association of Montgomery County will hold a referendum. This vacancy is to be filled by The Honorable Robert A. Greenberg.

In addition to filing with the Administrative Office of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, you are asked to submit a written resume, as a pdf or an MS Word document, along with a photo (if there is not currently one on file with the Bar Association) to be emailed to Cindy@barmont.org, with a $100 filing fee mailed to Kristina Badalian, Chair, Judicial Selections Panel Committee, Bar Association of Montgomery County, Maryland, 27 West Jefferson St., Rockville, MD 20850.   All material must be received by 5:00p.m. Friday, December 28, 2018.
