Elder Law Section

The Elder Law section welcomes lawyers whose practice includes elder law and disability rights or special needs law.  We encourage all interested to attend.

The Elder Law Section will resume its monthly meetings after a summer break on September 9, 2020 at 8:00 to 9:00 am.  The meeting will be held remotely (information below).  A reminder with the invitation link sent to members of the Section the day before.  The Section holds its monthly meetings the second Wednesday of every month starting in September and ending in May.

Meetings will be held at 8AM on the 2nd Wednesday of the month (September - May).

Currently, meetings scheduled through December 31, 2020 are being scheduled remotely.  In the event that a meeting is changed to an in-person meeting, the section will be notified.
