This seminar will review the proper methods of introducing expert opinions and evidence relevant to a family law case including procedural considerations, and use of experts regarding obtaining attorneys’ fees and suit money, business valuation and vocational rehabilitation.  Focus will be on methods of preparation, testimony on direct and cross, relevant objections, reports and hearsay.  This practical seminar will also review effective cross examination techniques and arguments before the court, and sanctions for failure to timely disclose and designate experts. 

 Tips on presenting your case and a “view from the bench” will be provided along with helpful written material.
