This intermediate level CLE will address significant aspects of family law and elder law practice, including: an overview of Medicaid eligibility rules; the impact of marital status and divorce on Medicaid benefits taking into account spousal refusal and mutual consent divorce; estate and Medicaid planning in the creation of trusts, essential gifting provisions, and protection of the family home; and civil and criminal recourse for elder victims of financial abuse and exploitation. 
This must-attend CLE will inform you and help sharpen a family law or interdisciplinary elder law practice.
