We are sponsoring a CLE at Law Day on May 5th entitled When Deals Go Bad Who Pays: Understanding How Courts View Indemnification, Hold Harmless, and Fee Shifting Provisions.  The program will explain how courts apply various risk shifting provisions of commercial agreements.  Understanding how courts apply these provisions allows transactional attorneys to draft better agreements and helps commercial litigators evaluate their cases.  The speakers are Gerald W. Heller, Linowes and Blocher LLP, Jeffrey Schwaber, Stein Sperling Bennett De Jong Driscoll PC, and J. Bradford McCullough, Lerch, Early & Brewer, Chtd.
