This organization provides Pro Bono and reduced fee legal services to low-income clients in the areas of bankruptcy, insolvency, domestic relations, government entitlements, employment cases, landlord/tenant disputes, wills/probate/conservator and guardianship cases, and other civil legal matters. Legal services are also provided to low-income immigrants and their families. Areas covered include immigration and naturalization issues (green cards, assistance with immigration and visa forms), asylum and deportation defense, family, and employment issues, and self-petitions for battered spouses. Court representation is available in some cases. No referrals are required. Clients are seen by appointment only and may set up an appointment by calling the Intake Line above. An initial consultation is $60 and future representation is based on a sliding scale.
