(a subsection of the New Practitioner Section)
The October Chamber Chat will be hosted by the Honorable Gary E. Bair on Tuesday, October, 21, 2014 at 12:30 p.m. Judge Bair has been an Associate Judge since January, 2012, and has presided over cases touching every aspect of the law, including complex criminal, civil, and family law litigations. Prior to joining the Circuit Court, Judge Bair gained a wealth of experience through serving as a law clerk on the Court of Appeals of Maryland, as an Assistant Public Defender, as the Assistant Attorney General, as the Chief, Medicaid Fraud Control Unit in the Office of the Attorney General, Chief of the Criminal Appeals Division, and as Solicitor General. In addition, Judge Bair spent several years in private practice. As a litigator, Judge Bair appeared before the Maryland appellate courts and before the United States Supreme Court. No RSVP is required, but it is appreciated for planning purposes only. The Chamber Chat is open to all members of the Bar, not just members of the New Practitioners Section. Judge Bair's Chambers is located in the Circuit Court Building at 50 Maryland Avenue, Room 5720. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Elizabeth McInturff, Chamber Chat Committee Chair, at (240) 399-7900 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
The November Chamber Chat will be hosted by the Honorable David A. Boynton on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at 12:30 p.m. Judge Boynton has been an Associate Judge since December, 2003, and has thirty-two (32) years of legal experience to share.
