William Michael Lisbon Engram

William Michael Lisbon Engram, 30, of Rockville and formerly of Gaithersburg, died April 19, 2013.
He was born Jan. 7, 1983, in Baltimore to William Engram and Ulder Jane Tillman.
After attending high school in Watertown, Conn., and Dover, Del., he graduated in 2005 from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County with a bachelor’s in psychology and received his law degree in 2009 from the University of Maryland School of Law. He received a master’s in public health in 2010 from the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health.
Mr. Engram was a member of several honor societies and most recently worked as a lawyer in Rockville. He also worked for the Howard County Health Department the South African Legal Aid Board in Cape Town.
He enjoyed writing poetry and playing guitar. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
In addition to his father and wife Nancy Brake of Carey, N.C., and his mother of Rockville, he is survived by a grandfather, Lisbon U. Tillman Sr. and wife Jacqueline Byrd-Tillman of Upper Marlboro; an aunt, Marilyn Beatty of Baltimore; and an uncle, Lisbon U. Tillman Jr. of Hillside, N.J.
