This Division serves only residents within the corporate limits of Rockville. It provides prevention and intervention services as well as social services to at-risk youths and their families. Services include counseling, education, school support groups, mentor programs, parenting programs, and more. A court advocate (non-legal representative) is provided for support and assistance to youth and their families with court-related matters (for cases that are open in the system) and may provide referrals to youth in need of legal assistance. These services are free of charge to Rockville residents.
