This organization only serves residents within the corporate city limits of Rockville or victims of crimes that took place within the corporate city limits of Rockville. It provides non-legal support to victims of crimes, including accompanying victim to file charges, accompanying victim to court for moral support, answering simple questions regarding what to expect at court proceedings, serving as a liaison between the victim, the State's Attorney, and the police, and providing referrals to social services. This program considers itself part of local government law enforcement. These services are free of charge.
