Rule 17-205 requires that to be eligible to be on any Circuit Court mediator roster, the mediator must complete four (4) hours of continuing mediator related education each calendar year.  This four hour CLE program offered by the ADR section will fulfill all of the requirements of the Rule. Each participant who attends the entire program will be given a certificate which can be presented to any Maryland Circuit Court to continue roster eligibility.
